1. Service Description

We may add, remove, suspend, limit, or change features, routes, regions, plans, and technical requirements at any time.
2. Eligibility
You must be legally able to use the Service in your location. You are responsible for understanding and following the laws and rules that apply to your use of VPN services.
You may not use the Service if you are prohibited from doing so by law or by these Terms.
3. Account
You may need an account to use the Service. You are responsible for:

- All activity under your account
- Contacting us if your account is compromised

4. Website Payments Through Stripe
Website subscriptions and purchases are processed through Stripe. By purchasing through our website, you authorize us and Stripe to charge your selected payment method for the plan, renewal, taxes, and fees shown at checkout.
Subscription plans may renew automatically unless you cancel before the renewal date. You are responsible for managing cancellation before renewal if you do not want the subscription to continue.
Prices, plan features, traffic limits, and route availability may change. Any material pricing changes will apply according to the notice shown to you or required by law.
5. Cancellation and Refunds
You may cancel a website subscription through the account tools we provide or by contacting support. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not automatically refund past charges.
For website purchases, you may request a refund within 14 days of the first purchase if the Service has not been substantially used. Renewals are generally non-refundable except where required by law, where there is a billing error, or where we decide otherwise at our discretion.

6. Fair Use
Unlimited Links is built for normal personal VPN use. Bandwidth, route capacity, and server resources have real cost. We may apply fair use limits to protect service quality for all users.
We may limit, throttle, suspend, or terminate access if usage harms the network, creates risk, or abuses the Service.
7. Prohibited Use
You may not use the Service to:
- Violate any law or regulation
- Commit fraud, identity theft, or payment abuse
- Send spam or abusive automated traffic
- Attack, scan, overload, disrupt, or compromise networks or systems
- Distribute malware, phishing content, or harmful code
- Harass, threaten, exploit, or harm others
- Infringe intellectual property rights
- Scrape, crawl, or harvest data at abusive scale
- Bypass technical limits, security controls, or fair use rules
- Resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit the Service without written permission
You are responsible for your use of the Service.
8. Privacy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We do not collect browsing activity logs, including websites visited, DNS queries, or traffic content.
9. Availability and Performance
VPN performance depends on your device, local network, internet provider, location, selected route, server load, third-party networks, platform rules, and local restrictions.
We do not guarantee that the Service will always be available, uninterrupted, fast, secure, or error-free.
10. Security and Abuse Response
We may investigate suspected abuse, security incidents, fraud, chargebacks, attacks, or violations of these Terms. We may suspend or terminate accounts, block traffic, limit routes, or retain specific records where needed for investigation, security, legal, billing, or dispute purposes.
11. Intellectual Property
The Service, including the Unlimited Links name, logo, website, app, software, design, text, graphics, and related materials, belongs to Unlimited Links Team or its licensors.
We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service according to these Terms. We reserve all rights not expressly granted.
12. Third-Party Services
The Service may depend on third-party platforms and providers, including Stripe, hosting providers, infrastructure providers, email providers, analytics providers, app platforms, and support tools. We are not responsible for third-party services, websites, policies, or outages.
13. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, create risk for the Service, misuse the VPN, fail to pay, or if we are required to do so by law.
14. Disclaimer
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not promise that the Service will meet every need, work in every country or network, bypass every restriction, or remain compatible with every device, website, app, or platform.
15. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, Unlimited Links Team will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost data, service interruption, or loss of goodwill.
To the maximum extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim related to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid to us for the Service during the 12 months before the claim.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will be posted on this page. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
