- Selected VPN region or route
- Connection status, error codes, crash reports, and troubleshooting data
- Approximate bandwidth usage for fair use, capacity planning, and abuse prevention
- Support messages and any information you choose to send us
3. VPN Connection Data
To provide the VPN service, prevent abuse, enforce fair use, and fix service problems, we may process technical connection data such as user ID, source IP address, VPN server selected, connection time, disconnect time, bandwidth amount, server error logs, and app diagnostic events.
We do not use this technical data to monitor what you do online. We do not store websites visited, DNS queries, or traffic content.
VPN connection diagnostics, server access logs, and related troubleshooting records are removed or anonymized within 3 months unless we need to keep specific records longer to investigate abuse, fraud, security incidents, chargebacks, or legal requests.
4. Payments Through Stripe
Website purchases are processed by Stripe. Stripe may collect billing information, card details, payment method information, billing address, tax information, fraud signals, and transaction metadata. We do not receive your full card number.
We receive limited payment records from Stripe, such as payment status, subscription status, invoice ID, customer ID, amount, currency, and transaction date, so we can activate and manage your subscription.

- Support messages: kept as needed to resolve your request and maintain service records
